After Purchase Policy

You must leave your information for Pick Up, Layaway, and New Furniture. This includes the following: Name, Address, and Phone Number.


Items must be removed within 5 business days after payment unless a day is specifically designated by the OWNER ONLY.


Items put on layaway must be paid in full within 30 days.  Failure to do so means you forfeit your deposit and the item will be listed for sale at its original price.


No delivery will be made until item(s) are paid for in full.


We will deliver item(s) within Kansas for an additional fee.  If you have any questions please e-mail Customer Service.


We will not remove old mattresses and/or box spring sets unless it can be taken to the DAV or other permitted locations.  If they are not salvageable it will be the purchasers responsibility to discard their own item(s).


We will not be liable for items purchased and not removed from our emporium 30 days after the purchase date.  NO EXCEPTIONS.


Mattress impressions are expected on all memory foam mattress sets.  Without purchase of a box spring foundation from our emporium the warranty on the mattress set is null and void.


Mattress purchase warranty applies when the mattress is clean, stain free, no rips and/or tears.  If any of the previously listed conditions exist for any reason the warranty is null and void.
